Pixi Glow Tonic Exfoliating Toner

28 July 2015

Pixi's Glow Tonic is definitely a favourite in the blogging / beauty world. That's how I got to hear about it and being a skincare freak I had to jump on the bandwagon. So is this tonic worth the hype?..

YES! Let me explain why!...

I picked mine up from the Pixi Store just off Carnaby Street in London. The store is super cute by the way be sure to check it out if your passing! I used to be really bad when it comes to toning my skin and always missed the step out in my skin care regime. I have definitely got back into it after using Pixi's Glow Tonic.

The toner is an exfoliating facial glowing tonic water that helps tone, firm and tighten the skin. It also removes dead skins cells and helps promote exfoliation for healthier glowing skin. I have been using the Glow Tonic for about 2 months now and I am so impressed with the results. My skin feels firmer and brighter and softer too! The results are not instant it takes some time for you to really see results in your skin so do not expect a miracle when you first try it. My skin is less oily as it used to be and it seems to be more balanced and under control. I do not have to use a grainy exfoliator as much now as this does the job nicely without all the scrubbing involved!

To use this, I saturate a cotton pad with the tonic and sweep this across my face and neck. I always use this in the morning and evening. It feels so refreshing. It also smells divine, I love swooshing this over my face after I have cleansed. It is alcohol free and contains Aloe Vera and Ginseng. The only downside to this tonic is the price tag, it is £18 per bottle and I think I have about another month at the most left of it! Overall, it is a great product and with the results I have had from it I am more than likely going to pick up another one once mine is on its way out i think its worth the price you pay!

  12. I've heard so many mixed reviews about this product and I'm always torn between trying it. So glad it Works for you! It does sound a lot like the Clarins Exfolliating Brightening toner but a lot cheaper as that's £26 a go! I may have to try the pixie glow tonic and compare them!
